Part 3: Hell's attack When the Lord shows us the mighty things we can become for the sake of others, we look at our limitations and end up doubting the Word of God. We shut that voice of hope and convince ourselves that it was not the Lord that spoke. We extrapolate that we would not be successful because we are not well resourced, forgetting that it is not ours but the Lord's duty to endow us with every resource necessary for our calling. Our problem is that many times, we feel so confident in ourselves that we are convinced that we love the Lord so much. Therefore, this blocks us from looking within, and acknowledging our inability to love or be burdened with the vision of the Lord without His help. We are too strong for the Lord — too strong to be purged. Too strong to hear Love's demands and to be affected by it. However, because of our many cares and the weights of life that we bear, we block ourselves from taking up our destinies. We decide not to be chosen. We leave
