We will get there!

Sometimes, we get so tired of striving tirelessly without ever reaching our set goals. Sometimes we wonder if we'll ever get there...

Sometimes this good pursuit we've given our lives for seems almost unachievable. We keep climbing and climbing, we feel our knees feeble — our limbs shaky and breaths almost fading. Seeing how far we've climbed up, it's irrational climbing down but there's a dementor that pressingly suggests that that's the only option.

Frustration, this shackle, its voice shouts so strong that we almost feel we've lost control. It saps every joy and tells us it is hopeless having hope. It hypnotizes its prey to think that they've lost the ability to choose, and deceitfully presents one option - giving up.

Frustration highlights so much pessimism and pain! It keeps us down in the pits and prevents our eyes from looking up to the light; making us believe that we are on our own and that God is not present. This ol' con keeps replaying our failures whenever we attempt to make a good move, whispering our imperfections on and on until our shoulders sag, and again we believe that we aren't good enough.

Frustration — this ol' con! Throws back only the physical challenges and excruciating agonies we have endured. It blinds us from remembering that we have gained great hearts and eternal wisdom through the good processes we've been through. Frustration keeps robbing us of the human beings we could become out of neighborly service. It is a thief, yes it is; stealing hearts each day and replacing them with cold stones.

Oh what would we have done without process? What would we have done without the Lord? Sadly we forget everything; we push aside the lawful strives. We flash away the joy of being useful and altruistic for one another. Gradually, we give in to personal gains. Selfishness takes over our good hearts. But no, we shan't let it be.

Enough! Awake!! Arise!!! There is hope. If God be for us, who can be against us? It is time to hope again. It is time to smile again. Circumstances do not make us, we choose what we want to make out of circumstances. That exam you failed is not the end of life, it means you need to learn more, prepare better, don't be lazy about it and you will become a better student.

That job you aren't getting is not bad luck, maybe you have no job experience and the best thing to do then is to volunteer as an intern, just to be useful. That seems to be a better option than staying home. if you love that job too much, this should not be so difficult to do or? Think of how best you can serve humanity and you'll realize there's a lot within you than you even know. Thomas Troward wrote, "An instrument will not do work to which the hand of the workman does not apply it". Keep pushing.

You may have suffered or may still be suffering from the loss of a dear one. Be comforted. Know that the end of life in this physical realm is only the beginning of eternal life in the spiritual realm. That dear one may be an angel in heaven now and wishes nothing but the influence of heaven upon your life. Don't thwart this gift of God. Smile, be hopeful and move to do good works. Heaven increases in perfection with increasing number of angels. You were made for this purpose; to be an angel. God is with you always.

Are you gloomy? Saddened? ill? Be comforted. The physical pain you may be feeling is only temporary. It can never alter who you are at heart. There's hope. Don't give up on life, it is every good thing you can become internally. Let us search within us and watch the kind of people we are becoming inwardly. Our inward selves are our true selves. Our inward selves are what we carry on to eternity. Don't give in to the woos of frustration.
